Quotes: Any quotes provided by VJ Services are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may be subject to adjustment upon an on-site assessment or if the scope of work changes.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information regarding the scope of work and site conditions.

Ensuring the work area is clear and accessible prior to the scheduled service date.

Notifying VJ Services of any specific requirements or potential hazards on the property.

Ensuring pets or children are kept away from the work area for safety during service delivery.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Our Cancellations/Rescheduling: VJ Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, staff illness, or equipment failure. We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

VJ Services warrants that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any specific guarantees related to material lifespan or workmanship will be outlined in your quote or service agreement. Our liability for any defects in workmanship is limited to the cost of rectifying the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VJ Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
