No, most people are not home during the day and we are used to working away by ourselves. If we finish up before you return we will lock up and set the alarm before leaving
Not much, we take care of moving furniture, taking down curtains & blinds, taking pictures down etc. Depending on your project we use drop clothes, carboard sheets and plastic sheets to protect your furniture and floors. We do ask you to remove small personal belongings. If you have the time to move furniture, pictures etc. yourself then that will mean we can start works a lot sooner and finish the job for you a lot faster. The choice is yours )
Please let us know if you would like to change or remove some old nails/ frame hooks etc as all holes will be filled and cracks repaired. Water stains, will be stain blocked before painting. Mould will be treated with a mould killer and primed. Some woodwork (i.e. new skirtings) requires repair or filler, which then will be sanded down before painting. If we are doing extensive plastering works, we will be sanding it using dust free Mirka machines
It depends on the size of the job, the minimum would be 1 or 2 workers, and the larger the job the more people involved, generally no more than 10
That will be discussed with you before work is carried out and also depends on your budget. We use good quality brands of products because they give a better finish and last longer. Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Colourtrend, Fleetwood, Tikkurila, Renner
